Stuart McKinnon
PRESIDENT & CEO
A seasoned entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of NXXT Golf, is dedicated to elevating women’s professional golf. His extensive engagement with women’s golf, driven by his personal connection with the sport and a daughter in professional golf, has given him unique insight into the landscape of the game. As the CEO and Founder of MetaTech Capital, a successful venture capital firm based in Miami, Stuart brings a wealth of financial expertise and entrepreneurial acumen to his role at NXXT Golf. His passion for providing equal opportunities and heightened visibility for female golfers is central to NXXT’s mission, and he uses this platform to inspire and support the future generation of women in golf.
Elisabeth Peters
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Elisabeth, an experienced social media manager, brings a wealth of expertise to the Tour. With extensive experience in managing various social media platforms and fuelled by her profound love for women’s golf, Elisabeth is incredibly excited to be a part of this exciting journey. By utilizing her exceptional social media skills and finesse in crafting compelling content, Elisabeth is fully committed to spotlighting the captivating narratives, talents, and accomplishments of women in the world of golf. Join her as she takes the Tour’s digital presence to new heights and celebrates the remarkable achievements of women in the sport.
Kristina Southam Townsend
HEAD OF PARTNERSHIPS
Kristina is a champion for increasing equity for women through sports. During her time with Sports Innovation Lab, she led C-Suite/executive-level data and insight briefings on the business opportunities, trends, and growth of women’s sports, and their fans. The Women’s Initiatives she led, empowered stakeholders and decision-makers to make the sports and entertainment industry a better version of itself. Her work fostered partnership-creating relationships and ultimately opened doors and opportunities to create mutually beneficial impact.
Dr. Jen Welter
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Dr. Jen Welter, the first female NFL coach and trailblazer, is part of our Advisory Board. Dr. Jen’s groundbreaking journey in professional football, where she made history and continues to disrupt the status quo, has now extended to the world of women's professional golf. With numerous achievements under her belt, including 2 Gold Medals with Team USA, 4 World Championships, and 8 All-Star selections in women's football, Dr. Jen’s commitment to empowering girls and women in sports is unmatched. Her dedication to inspiring change aligns perfectly with our vision for the NXXT Golf Tour, and we’re eager to embrace her fresh perspectives and disruptive spirit.
Richard Dolan
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Richard Dolan is a seasoned sports advisor with over two decades of experience in marketing and branding for professional athletes. His impressive career includes collaborations with sports legends and icons, such as Mike Tyson, Lennox Lewis, Arnold Palmer, Darryl Sittler, David Falk, Juwan Howard and Mike Mancias Chief Performance Advisor to LeBron James.. Richard’s achievements encompass contributing to three NBA Championship rings and co-authoring “PERFORMANCE: Codifying Human Excellence Through Sport Psychology,” a seminal work featuring exclusive interviews with sporting legends like Wayne Gretzky, Tiger Woods, and Juwan Howard.
Bennett Noe
TOUR DIRECTOR
Bennett is a former collegiate golfer for 5 years at Tusculum University. Has worked with numerous junior tours including sneds tour, champions junior tour and AJGA as well as Golf with friends (a special needs golf camp). He has played and been in the golf industry since 8 years of age. Bennett's sister plays collegiate golf at University of North Georgia.
Dr. Robert K. Winters
TOUR PERFORMANCE COACH / ADVISORY BOARD
With a Bachelor’s (B.S.) and Master’s (M.A.) degrees from Ball State University and a Ph.D. in Sport Psychology from the University of Virginia, Dr. Winters has dedicated the past 35 years to investigating the profound impact of thoughts and attitudes on performance. His unparalleled contributions have guided athletes from various disciplines to achieve remarkable success.
Brian Decker
PGA, HEAD RULES OFFICIAL
Brian has over 20 years experience as a member of the PGA of America and has conducted hundreds of tournaments in an administrative, lead capacity. Brian is Certified Expert in the Rules of Golf and served as the Tournament Director for the North Florida PGA and has worked with the PGA TOUR, Korn Ferry TOUR as well as PGA TOUR Canada and Latinoamerica TOUR.
Suzy Whaley
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Suzy Whaley’s golfing achievements are a testament to her unparalleled dedication to the sport. She made history by becoming the first woman to hold various roles as a PGA Officer, including the prestigious positions of PGA President, Vice President, and Secretary. Globally recognized as one of the top golf instructors, Whaley has earned an impressive list of accolades, including titles such as Golf Digest Top 50 Instructor, Golf Magazine Top 100 Instructor, LPGA Top 50 Instructor, U.S. Kids Golf Master Kids Teacher, and PGA Master Professional.
Chris Adamkowski
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Chris is the Chief Revenue Officer at DealMaker, a global FinTech company disrupting Capital Markets. Prior to DealMaker, Chris spent 12 years at Google where he led industry verticals including Financial Services, Government, and Energy, as well as leadership roles at Google Cloud. Prior to Google, Chris held Sales and Strategy roles, based in the US and Canada, first with a large manufacturing company, then a consulting firm. Chris holds a BA from Western University and an MBA from Queen’s University.
